Established in July 2004 Hefei Zijin Steel Tube Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is specialized in developing, manufacturing and marketing large-diameter thick-wall submerged arc welded longitudinal pipes with its joint venture over 10 million dollars. Among our LSAW pipes, the large-diameter thick-wall submerged-arc welded pipe with double longitudinal seams has been listed in the National New Products Program. As a group member of China Steel Construction Society, our company enjoys the honor of the priority construction items unit of "861 Plan"of Anhui province, the High & New Technology enterprise of Anhui Province and the Unit of Technology Innovation in Hefei. Meanwhile, it has also been awarded the provincial Prizes covering Quality as well as Science and Technology Progress. Concerning our certificate and system management, we have obtained authentication certificates including API(American Petroleum Institute), BV (Bureau Veritas ). CE(PED), ISO 9000 Quality Control System, ISO 14000 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18000 Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company locates in the Baohe Industrial Area of Hefei and covers a land area of 330 acres. Among 310 employees, more than 90 per cent are graduated from university or technological academy with 100 professional technicians. At present, the company possesses two product lines of JCOE forming mode composed of Ultrasonic Inspection for steel plate, Milling, Pre-bending, Forming, End-squaring, Tack welding, Internal welding, External welding, Finishing, Straightening, UT, Cold expansion, Hydrostatic test, X-ray test, Chamfering. Moreover, there are several sets of roller machines. We can conduct production as per series of specifications, such as GB9711, API SPEC 5L and CE(PED). Our annual production capability can reach 100,000 tons, and the products are widely applied in pressure pipeline (Conveying petroleum, natural gas and coal slurry), steel construction (Steel tube & concrete, piles, joist frame structure) and machinery roller-making, etc.Our Technology Research Center consists of Mechanics Laboratory, Chemical Laboratory, Metallographic Test Laboratory and Welding Laboratory, etc. Under the leadership of authoritative specialists in tube-making rank who enjoy the special allowance of the State Council, the technology team has established cooperation with many experts in this field and some scientific research institute as well. Our abundant technical force, advanced production equipments, well-appointed inspection system, strict quality control and independent research and develop capability  ensure the first-class manufacturing technology and high quality.Abiding by the quality principle of "Scientific Management, Customer First, Advanced Quality and Excellent Request", the company is striving for its prospect; the prospect is to develop into one of the high-class production bases of LSAW pipes in China as a successful modern and innovative enterprise in pursuit of "Development& Innovation".
